Warranty and Returns
Thanks for your interest in GoGet Computers!
Our return policy is that you can return the merchandise within the first thirty (30) for absolutely any reason. Return shipping concessions will be incurred by us via electronic prepaid return label if the reason for return is for defect of the computer or any components or inaccurate listing information. For any other personal reasons (such as if you simply decide that you don't want it anymore or it doesn't perform as expected), then you must send it back at your own cost. However, you will be refunded the entirety of the original purchase price upon receipt in either instance. There are no restocking fees but we will not issue refunds for items that are significantly damaged by the user. Partial refunds may also be issues in instances of minor damage.
Outside of the initial thirty (30) days, we have a 1 year limited warranty, which covers any sort of mechanical or hardware issues, defects, malfunctions, etc. that you may encounter that are not induced by you or any other user. If you run into any sort of problems with your computer within the first year, we will be more than happy to either fix the issue or exchange your order with an identical model (return shipping will be provided by us). It is 'limited' in the sense that a) it is nullified if you bring the computer outside of the CONUS, and b) it is an off-site warranty, requiring that you will have to send the computer back to us which may leave you without a computer for a few days.

Please note: Refunds will not be issued past the initial 30 days. Both the return policy and warranty are nullified should the item be taken outside of the CONUS.
